It combines in-depth builder training, a community-wide convening, strategic planning, and long-term support—so local leaders can build stronger ecosystems with clarity, coordination, and measurable progress.

A place-based community experience that brings together local stakeholders to explore values, align priorities, and begin building a stronger, more connected ecosystem.
A strategic WayWorks roadmap developed by The WayBuilders team, tailored to your community’s unique goals, gaps, and assets. This plan guides your next steps in building infrastructure, relationships, and coordinated action.
A customized ecosystem and program evaluation framework to help your community track the health and progress of your ecosystem—focused on trust, collaboration, connectivity, and long-term outcomes that matter.
Ongoing support from The WayBuilders team to help implement your plans and sustain momentum. Includes coaching for the local builder, facilitation design, tools, and strategic check-ins with local leaders.
