We’re seeking future instructors, facilitators, and community guides—and opening the door for course creators to earn and teach through the Academy.

We’re Building our Team!

We're not an agency — we’re a methodology and a platform. WayBuilders supports ecosystem builders by building their capacity to lead, build, and measure what matters in their ecosystem.

We’re inviting values-aligned collaborators to help deliver and evolve our work. We're currently recruiting to build a team of ‘on-demand’ contractors for the following:

  • Instructors to teach courses in the WayBuilders Academy

  • Facilitators to lead transformative WayBuilders Weeks

  • Guides to support ecosystem activation, alignment, and capacity-building for WayBuilder Communities.

If you're a systems thinker, practitioner, or bridge-builder with lived experience and a desire to help others grow — we want to work with you.

Host Your Own Workshop or Course with the WayBuilders Academy

Got a course, framework, or workshop that helps entrepreneurial ecosystem builders live, lead, or build a better way?

We’re opening up the WayBuilders Academy platform to guest creators and hosts. You bring your unique lens — whether on equity, leadership, community finance, storytelling, trauma-informed design, or systems work — and we’ll provide the infrastructure, visibility, and shared revenue model.
